Dream Catcher Therapeutic Riding Center (DCTRC) is under the leadership of Morgan Matteson. In 2011, she earned her B.S. in Therapeutic Horseback Riding, at Rocky Mountain College, in Billings, Montana. She had the honor of learning from the best in the state while participating in a 10 week internship at Healing Reins TRC in Bend, OR. When she graduated she then started at her first job as a therapeutic riding instructor at Bright Horizons TRC in Siletz, OR. She moved back home to where her heart lies, Pendleton, in 2016. Her dreams of running “her own center”, came to life when she became the executive director and instructor of Dream Catcher in 2017. Her duties include: fundraising, teaching, organizing volunteers, grant writing, training horses, teaching lessons and polishes her professional stall cleaning skills on a daily basis.
